otokonohito no te no ue ni iru tori ga tsubasa o hirogete imasu: The bird on the man's hand is spreading its wings.
kono tori ga tsubasa o hirogete imasen: This bird is not spreading its wings.

rakuda niwa ashi ga yonhon arimasu: Camels have four legs.
hito niwa ashi ga nihon arimasu: Humans have two legs.
ahiru niwa ashi ga nihon arimasu: Ducks have two legs.
zoo niwa ashi ga yonhon arimasu: Elephants have four legs.

uchuuhikooshi wa uchuufuku o kimasu: The astronaut is wearing a spacesuit.
onnanoko tachi wa tokidoki doresu o kimasu: The girls sometimes wear dresses. (Or is it, 'Girls sometimes wear dresses.'?)
hikooki niwa tsubasa ga arimasu: Planes have wings.

dono doobutsu ga ashi ga yonhon jimen ni arimasu ka: What animal has four feet on the ground?
dono doobutsu ga ashi ga nihon jimen ni atte, ashi ga nihon jimen kara hanarete imasu ka: What animal has two feet on the ground and two feet off the ground? (two feet separate from the ground).
dono doobutsu ga ashi ga yonhon tomo jimen kara hanarete imasu ka:What animal has all four feet off the ground? (What animal with four feet has all of them separated from the ground).

kono hito wa pan o uri masu: This person is selling bread.
kono hito wa sangurasu o uri masu: This person is selling sunglasses.
kono hito wa tomato o uri masu: This person is selling tomatoes.
kono hito wa ueki o uri masu: This person is selling plants.

uma wa hito o hokobi masu ga, kono uma wa daremo hakonde imasen: Horses carry people, but this horse is not carrying anyone?
kono uma wa dareka o hakonde imasu: This horse is carrying someone.
hikooki wa tobi masu ga, kono hikooki wa tonde imasen: Planes fly, but this plane is not flying.
hikooki wa tobi masu. kono hikooki mo tonde imasu: Planes fly, and this plane is flying.

roodoosha wa herumetto o kautte imasu: The worker is wearing a helmet.
roodoosha wa taitee herumetto o kaburi masu ga, ima wa kabutte imasen: The worker usually wears a helmet, but right now he isnt.
heeshi tachi wa juu o mochimasu ga, kono heeshi tachi wa juu o mochimasen: Soldiers hold guns, but these soldiers are not holding guns.
heeshi tachi wa juu o mochimasu. kono heeshi tachi mo juu o mochimasu: Soldiers hold guns. These soldiers are holding guns.

aoi suutsu o kita wakai otokonohito tachi wa utatte imasu: The young men wearing blue suits are singing.
aoi suutsu o kita wakai otokonohito tachi wa utai masu ga, ima wa utatte imasen: The young men wearing blue suits sing, but now they are not singing.
inu wa taitee fuku o kimasen. kono inu mo kite imasen: Dogs don't usually wear clothes. This dog isn't wearing clothes.
inu wa taitee fuku o kimasen ga, kono inu wa kite imasu: Dogs don't usually wear clothes but this dog is wearing clothes.

I think I got some of these things wrong... Rosetta Stone does not explain grammar well at ALL. OOYYYY. At least I'm still going... here by my lonesome.
