onnanohito wa atama no ue ni booru o motte imasu: The woman is holding a ball over her head.
raion no zoo wa otokonohito no ue ni arimasu: The lion statue is over the man.
doa no ue niwa suuji de "sambyakusan" to kakarete imasu: The number 303 is written over the door.

dooro wa hashi no shita ni arimasu: The street is under the bridge.
onnanohito wa booru no shita ni imasu: The woman is under the ball.
otokonohito wa raion no zoo no shita ni imasu: The man is under the lion statue.
doa wa suuji no "sambyakusan" no shita ni arimasu: The door is under the number 303.

wakai otokonohito wa atama no ue ni aru booshi ni te o nobashite imasu: The young man is reaching for the hat over his head.
wakai otokonohito wa booshi o atama no shita ni motte imasu: The young man is holding the hat under his head.
shita ni densha ga miemasu: A train can be seen below.
ue ni densha ga miemasu: A train can be seen above.

hikooki wa kumo no ue o tonde imasu: The plane is flying over the clouds.
hikooki wa kumo no shita o tonde imasu: The plane is flying under the clouds.
hikooki wa yuki ni oowareta yama no mae o tonde imasu: The plane is flyingin front of the snow covered mountain.
hikooki wa shizimu taiyoo no mae o tonde imasu: The plane is flying in front of the setting sun.

hotondo no hito wa suwatte imasu ga, hitori wa tatte imasu: Most of the people are sitting, one is standing.
hotondo no hito wa tatte imasu ga, hitori wa suwatte imasu: Most of the people are standing, one is sitting.
hotondo no hito wa nobotte imasu ga, nannin kawa orite imasu: Most of the people are climbing, some? are descending.
hotondo no hito wa orite imasu ga, honno nannin kawa agatte imasu: Most of the people are descending, only some are ascending.

hotondo no ushi wa yoko ni natte imasu ga, nantoo kawa tatte imasu: Most of the cows are laying down, some are standing.

daremo isu ni suwatte imasen: No one is sitting in the chair.

takusan no hito ga jitensha ni notte imasu: Many people are riding bikes.
honno nannin kaga jitensha ni notte imasu: Only afew people are riding bikes.
Hitori shika jitensha ni notte imasen: Only one person is riding a bike.
daremo jitensha ni notte imasen: No one is riding a bike.

denwa no uchi ichidai dake ga akai desu: Only one phone (still don't understand uchi) is red.
denwa no uchi ichidai dake ga tsukawarete imasu: Only one phone is being used.
juu wa hotondo kabe ni tatekakete arimasu: Most of the guns are leaning on the wall.
juu wa doremo kabe ni tatekakete arimasen: None of the guns are leaning on the wall.
